CUSTOMER ADVICE: Packages are generally available for dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and area of the shipment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: It is the customer’s responsibility to check immediately for accuracy of the order against the invoice and/or freight bill – ie. piece count or damages. Ensure you note any discrepancies on the invoice and/or freight bill, sign and date the changes. Damaged product must be refused for South Cove Foods to claim against the carrier. HOT WEATHER TIP: Days that have a consistently hot temperature constitute a “chocolate alert” period. In this case, if your order contains chocolate products, we may need to contact you to arrange a different method of shipping.

RETURNS: We do not accept returns unless there has been a discrepancy with your order or there is a quality issue that needs to be addressed. Please email info@southcove.ca to or call 905-829-3666 to discuss any problems with your order.

TRANSPORTATION: Orders can be picked up from our Oakville warehouse at no charge or are shipped (1) Prepaid with established shipping costs charged on your invoice (Residential/home based businesses are prepaid); or (2) Collect with customer arranging their own carrier. Any additional transportation charges are the responsibility of the Customer and may be billed on a separate invoice; (3) To receive free shipping - a minimum order of $550.00 is required for the Greater Toronto Area delivery, $1,000 for transport shipments and $2000.00 for NFLD and VICTORIA, BC. Note: Shipping and taxes are estimated and will be updated during checkout based on your billing and shipping information.
